Don't forget to order your Recital DVD's at the early bird price!  On the day of the show and after, the DVD is $5 more.

Please check daily updates for the Warren Studio, but clicking the Warren Tab.  The Recital Program orders are now posted.  Please check the spelling of your name EACH time it appears in the program.  Email any corrections by Thursday, May 24th.

Summer 2012 Information

 Summer Ballet Classes

Hello Everyone,

It’s  hard to believe it is nearly summer!  And I am sure some of you, just don’t know what you are going to do without ballet for a whole three months!  Well I have good news for you . . . Meredith will be offering weekly “keep in shape”classes this summer and for you and for  pointe students … pointe class too!!! (At the Wood Street Studios)

Wednesdays:

4:15-5 Pre-pointe (for students that have been on pointe less than 1 year and students who would like to start building the strength to go on pointe in the near future.  Every student is individual and those students that have not purchased shoes yet but were in pre-pointe this season should continue through the summer.  Meredith will tell you when to get your shoes.)

5-6:30 Open level technique class (I will adjust the level of this class based on students that are interested.  If enough students of two different levels are interested I will look into offering a second technique class.)

6:30-7:30 Pointe (for students that have been on pointe for over a year)

Starting June 13th-August 8th

No class July 4th, July 18th  

Fee:  $60 Ballet Technique only; $90 Ballet and Pointe Technique

‘Drop In’ Fee: $10 Ballet Technique only; $15 Ballet and Pointe Technique

Please email if you would like to enroll.  Non-RSDE students are welcome to register too!  Fees for the session will be due at the first class.  If you choose to ‘drop-in’ simply pay the day you attend class.  Hope to see you for some plie and tendu fun this summer! ~Meredith

SUMMER 2011 HIGHLIGHTS

Members of the RSDE Dance Company attended the Turn It Up Dance Challenge Nationals this summer in Hyannis, MA.

Madeline Tremont traveled the United States on tour with the Dance Olympus Convention as a featured VIP Dancer.

Madeline Tremont and Lindsey Bragantin graduated from the Dance Teachers Club of Boston Dance Teacher Training Course.  Congrats!

Members of the RSDE Dance Company performed at Salve Regina University to help raise funds for the Andra Rizzo Foundation.

Students of all ages from RSDE and local area studios participated in the Summer Dance Project and Ballet Intensive.
